1. Ticket Options & Inclusions

• 1.1 We offer a variety of ticket options to accommodate different preferences. Please note that Golden Circle/Dancefloor tickets can be purchased via TicketPro. The payment referenced here applies only to VIP seats and Combo tickets (seated plus standing access).
• 1.2 VIP Ticket
  • 1.2.1 Reserved VIP seating. Seat only.
  • 1.2.2 Grants access to a standard meet-and-greet session with the performing artist.
• 1.3 Combo Ticket (Seated + Standing)
  • 1.3.1 Reserved seat plus dancefloor access.
  • 1.3.2 Ideal for those seeking both seating and dancefloor experiences.
• 1.4 Golden Circle/Dancefloor Ticket- Standing only (Separate Purchase on TicketPro)
  • 1.4.1 Provides access to the premium or general access, dancefloor area. (City dependant)
  • 1.4.2 Does not include meet-and-greet or reserved seating.
• 1.5 Notes
  • 1.5.1 Buying only Golden Circle/Dancefloor access (on TicketPro) does not grant seating or a meet-and-greet.
  • 1.5.2 Seats and meet-and-greet privileges are included exclusively with VIP Tickets or the VIP/Combo option.
  • 1.5.3 Children under 2 enter free (must be supervised at all times and share a seat if you are seated).

2. Parking & Bag Search (Durban Only)

• 2.1 A parking permit will be issued to you when you purchase your VIP ticket and will be included in your ticket package.
• 2.2 Your parking permit is valid only for the day of the show and admits one vehicle. Parking is limited, we warmly encourage guests who are attending together to car-share where possible.
• 2.3 All vehicles and bags are subject to security screening. No outside alcohol is permitted; any such items will be courteously confiscated and disposed of.

3. No Refund Policy

• 3.1 All ticket sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):
• 3.1.1 Artist unavailability due to illness or unforeseen events.
• 3.1.2 Event schedule or venue adjustments.
• 3.1.3 Obstructed views or other conditions arising in a live event environment.
• 3.1.4 Inability to attend, late arrival, or personal schedule conflicts.
• 3.2 Rescheduled Events
  • 3.2.1 If the event is rescheduled, your ticket(s) will remain valid for the new date.
  • 3.2.2 The lineup or scheduled artists may be subject to change if circumstances require.
  • 3.2.3 No refunds will be given if the artist roster changes. The ticket(s) you purchased will still apply to the revised date.

4. Event Changes & Indemnity

• 4.1 Artist Performance
  • 4.1.1 Artists may become unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • 4.1.2 The festival reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the show or schedule without obligation to issue a refund.
• 4.2 Meet and Greet
  • 4.2.1 Specific meet-and-greet details (venue, date and time printed on your M&G ticket) will be provided to you upon purchase of your VIP Ticket.
  • 4.2.2 If the artist is unavailable or if the session must be cancelled or postponed, no refunds or alternative compensation will be provided.
• 4.3 Liability
  • 4.3.1 Attendees assume all risks associated with live events.
  • 4.3.2 By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fusion Life Chutney Festival, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims or damages.
• 4.4 Seating & Dancefloor Arrangements
  • 4.4.1 While we strive to ensure a comfortable environment, the festival is not responsible for any view obstructions, crowd congestion, or other conditions inherent to live events.

5. Children & Minors

• 5.1 Children Under 2
  • 5.1.1 Admitted free of charge, provided they remain under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian and share a seat if applicable.
• 5.2 Minors (All Attendees Under 18)
  • 5.2.1 Must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • 5.2.2 Parents or guardians are fully accountable for their minors’ conduct and safety throughout the event.

6. Conduct & Removal

• 6.1 Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• 6.2 Fusion Life Chutney Festival reserves the right to remove any attendee (including minors and accompanying adults) from the venue without refund if their behaviour compromises the enjoyment or safety of others.

7. Pass-Out Policy

• 7.1 Pass-Outs are not permitted, except in the case of a medical emergency.

8. Force Majeure

• 8.1 No Liability for Force Majeure
  • 8.1.1 Should extreme weather, natural disasters, government directives, or other emergencies beyond our control necessitate major changes or cancellation, no refunds or damages will be provided.
• 8.2 Ticket Validity
  • 8.2.1 Tickets will remain valid for a newly scheduled date if one is announced.
  • 8.2.2 Artist lineups may change in such cases.

9. Confirmation & Acceptance of Terms

• 9.1 By proceeding with your payment, you:
• 9.1.1 Confirm that you have read, fully understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions.
• 9.1.2 Acknowledge that all sales are final, with no refunds under any circumstance.
• 9.1.3 Agree that, in the event of rescheduling, your ticket(s) remain valid for the new date and any artist changes do not entitle you to a refund.

Mother's Day Competition Terms & Conditions

• 1. This giveaway is open to South Africans aged 18 or older. Fusion Life staff, suppliers and their immediate families can’t take part.
• 2. The competition runs for a limited time; the closing date will be announced on our social pages. Each entrant may enter only once, provided each entry follows all the rules.
• 3. We’ll randomly select two winners and contact them on WhatsApp (064 519 1248). Winners will be announced publicly on 16 May 2025. If a chosen winner doesn’t respond within a reasonable time, we may select another one. Beware of scammers – Fusion Life will only contact winners from our official WhatsApp number 064 519 1248.
• 4. Each winner receives one set of double combo tickets – reserved seats plus Golden Circle dance‑floor – to their city’s Chutney Fusion Festival show (one set earmarked for Johannesburg, one for Durban).
• 5. The two‑ticket set is for the winner and their mom. Each prize package is worth over R5 000 and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else.
• 6. To claim the prize, winners must provide:
  • (a) a screenshot showing their tagged friends,
  • (b) a valid ID, and
  • (c) the original public post.
• 7. Entries from fake or duplicate accounts, bots, or multiple submissions will be disqualified. Friends and family members you tag may also enter the competition themselves.
• 8. By entering, you agree that we can add your details to our mailing list for future festival news, ticket offers and promotions. We keep your data secure, follow POPIA rules, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
• 9. This promotion is not run by, sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.
• 10. Fusion Life reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or cancel the promotion or prize draw at any time without notice; no legal claim or action may be brought against Fusion Life or its partners in such circumstances.
• 11. Entering means you accept these terms and allow us to use your name and photo when we announce the winner.

Father's Day Competition Terms & Conditions

• This giveaway is open to South African residents aged 18 or older. Fusion Life staff, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible.
• The competition runs weekly, with new winners announced each week. Entry resets every week.
• To enter, share that week’s official Raymond Ramnarine flyer on Facebook, save a screenshot, and submit your entry via our WhatsApp chatbot (064 519 1248).
• You may enter once per week, per person. Only that week’s flyer will be valid – screenshots from previous weeks will not be accepted.
• Each week, winners will be randomly selected and contacted via WhatsApp. We will also announce winners publicly on our social pages. Only messages from our official number (064 519 1248) are valid – beware of scammers.
• Each winner receives a set of double combo tickets (reserved seating + Golden Circle) for the Chutney Fusion Festival in their city (Durban or Johannesburg).

• This promotion is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
• Fusion Life reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. No claims may be made against Fusion Life or its partners in such cases.
• By entering, you accept these terms and agree to allow Fusion Life to use your name and image in winner announcements.
