1. Ticket Options & Inclusions

  • 1.1 We offer a range of ticket categories to suit different preferences and event experiences.
  • 1.2 Ticket Sales Channels
    • Tickets for Chutney Fusion Festival are available through Quicket, with VIP and Golden Circle Dance Floor tickets also available for purchase directly on the Fusion Life website.
    • Where tickets are purchased through a third-party platform, their terms and privacy policies will apply to the transaction.
  • 1.3 VIP Tickets
    • Includes reserved VIP seating.
    • Includes any additional VIP benefits as specified at the time of purchase.
  • 1.4 General Access Seating
    • Includes reserved seating in the General Access section.
  • 1.5 Golden Circle Dance Floor
    • Includes access to the premium dance floor area closest to the stage.
    • Does not include reserved seating unless explicitly stated.
  • 1.6 General Access Dance Floor
    • Includes access to the General Access dance floor area.
  • 1.7 Ticket Responsibility
    • Each ticket grants access only to the area or experience specified at the time of purchase.
    • Ticket holders are responsible for selecting the correct ticket category before completing payment.
    • Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets may be refused entry.

2. Parking & Bag Search

  • 2.1 Parking is available at or near the venue, subject to availability and applicable parking fees.
  • 2.2 All vehicles and bags are subject to security screening upon entry.
  • 2.3 No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items are permitted. Any such items may be confiscated and access may be denied.

3. Refunds, Rescheduling & Event Changes

  • 3.1 Tickets are refundable only if requested by 31 July 2026 After this date, refunds will not be processed except in limited circumstances approved at the Organiser’s discretion, including verified death in the immediate family or severe medical emergencies supported by appropriate documentation.
  • 3.2 Postponement
    • If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  • 3.3 Refund Requests (Where Applicable)
    • If the organiser elects to open a refund process, requests must follow the communicated process, timelines, and document requirements.
  • 3.4 Processing Time
    • Approved refunds may take up to 90 days to be processed and may be subject to a reasonable administration and processing fee, including any non-refundable transaction or ticketing platform charges, where permitted by law
  • 3.5 Event Changes
    • Any refund or remedy offered in relation to an Event change applies only to the Event ticket and does not include independently booked travel, accommodation or other personal expenses, subject to applicable law.
    • Event timings, schedules, performances, and running order are subject to change. Ticket holders should arrive within the communicated entry times.
  • 3.6 Artist Non-Appearance
    • If any advertised artist is unable to perform, the event will continue as scheduled and no refund will be due solely due to that non-appearance.
  • 3.7 Venue Change or Relocation
    • The Organiser may change the venue if the original becomes unavailable, unsafe, or unsuitable due to circumstances beyond its control (including venue cancellation, regulatory requirements, safety concerns, infrastructure issues, capacity limits, or public health measures).
    • Tickets remain valid for the new venue. Seating, layout, and facilities may differ, and exact seats are not guaranteed.Ticket holders will be accommodated within the same ticket category where reasonably possible. Specific seat numbers, locations, views, layouts, and venue facilities are not guaranteed following a relocation.
    • If the venue is open-air, the event may be affected by weather. Covered areas will be indicated. Ticket holders should wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor conditions (e.g., comfortable shoes, weatherproof attire). The Organiser is not responsible for discomfort caused by weather.
    • A venue change does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund. If a materially lower category is provided and no suitable alternative is available, an appropriate remedy may be offered in line with applicable law.
    • The Organiser will communicate any venue change as soon as reasonably practicable and is not responsible for additional personal costs arising from the change.

4. Artist Line-Up & Event Experience

  • 4.1 The event will proceed as scheduled even if changes occur to the artist line-up.
  • 4.2 Reserved Seating
    • Guests must occupy allocated seats where applicable.
    • If your seat is occupied, notify event staff or security. Do not attempt to resolve it yourself.
  • 4.3 Event Environment
    • This is a live outdoor event experience and may include loud music, lighting effects, large crowds, and varying weather conditions depending on the venue and location. Certain areas of the Event, including dance floor areas, may be outdoors and exposed to weather conditions. Covered areas and seating availability may differ depending on the ticket category purchased.
    • Certain areas of the Event, including designated dance floor areas, may be outdoors and uncovered. Seating areas may include covered or partially covered sections depending on the ticket category and venue layout.
    • The Event will proceed during normal weather conditions, including light rain or intermittent weather, and ticket holders are advised to prepare accordingly, including appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor conditions, such as comfortable closed shoes or weather-resistant footwear.
    • In the event of severe weather conditions, the Organiser, together with the venue and relevant safety officials, may implement operational changes, delays, temporary restrictions, relocation of certain areas, or other safety measures where required. These measures may include temporary suspension of performances, restricted access to certain areas, or adjustments to the event layout.
    • Weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, or other environmental factors, do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or compensation. Ticket holders attend with the understanding that weather conditions may affect outdoor areas of the Event, and Fusion Life will not be responsible for discomfort caused by such conditions. Any operational decisions relating to weather will be made in the interest of attendee safety and the successful delivery of the Event.
  • 4.4 Photography, Recording and Media Use
    • Photography and filming may take place at the Event, and attendees may appear in crowd, atmosphere or promotional content.
    • By entering and attending the Event, each attendee authorises Fusion Life, its appointed photographers, videographers, media partners and service providers to photograph, film and record the attendee’s image, likeness and voice, and to reproduce, edit, publish and use such material for Event coverage, advertising, publicity, social media, archival purposes and the promotion of Fusion Life and its events, without further approval or compensation.
    • A parent or legal guardian attending with a minor acknowledges that the minor may appear incidentally in Event photographs or recordings and consents to such footage being used for event coverage, promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, advertising and future Fusion Life campaigns, without compensation.

5. Liability & Event Conditions

  • 5.1 Attendees enter and attend the event at their own risk.
  • 5.2 The organiser and associated parties are not liable for loss, injury, or damage except where required by law.
  • 5.3 Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the attendee.
  • 5.4 Failure to comply with staff or safety instructions may result in removal without refund.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where a ticket is invalid, duplicated, obtained fraudulently, or where entry may pose a safety risk.
  • 5.5 All travel, flights, transport, accommodation, visas, parking and other personal arrangements made by a ticket holder in connection with the Event are arranged independently and entirely at the ticket holder’s own cost and risk, and the Organiser is not a party to any agreement with third-party providers; ticket holders are responsible for reviewing applicable cancellation, amendment and refund terms and should consider flexible or refundable options.
  • 5.6 To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not be liable to reimburse or compensate any personal or consequential expenses (including flights, accommodation, transport, meals, visas, parking or booking fees) arising from or connected with the Event, including where it is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, delayed, amended or cancelled; any refund applies only to the Event ticket, claims relating to third-party services must be directed to the relevant provider or insurer, and nothing in this clause limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. RÉUNION ISLAND Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  • 6.1 The competition is promoted by Fusion Life Events (Pty) Ltd in partnership with Relate Aviation SA.
  • 6.2 Entry is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older. Fusion Life, Relate Aviation and competition service-provider employees, representatives and their immediate families may not enter.
  • 6.3 Entry is free. Entrants must complete the official CFF Réunion Island WhatsApp competition flow. Only one entry is permitted per WhatsApp number.
  • 6.4 Entries close when Fusion Life determines on Sunday, 9 August 2026. Late, incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
  • 6.5 One winner will receive two return economy flights from Durban to Réunion Island for the winner and one travel companion.
  • 6.6 The prize includes: • Return flights • Applicable airport taxes • Standard checked luggage .
  • 6.7 The prize excludes: • Accommodation • Meals and refreshments • Airport and ground transfers • Visas and visa-related expenses • Passports • Travel insurance • Spending money • Any other personal or travel expenses
  • 6.8 The winner and travel companion must each have a valid passport that remains valid for at least eight months after the return travel date. They are responsible for meeting all immigration, visa, health and entry requirements.
  • 6.9 Flights are subject to airline availability. Blockout dates apply, and travel is not available during South African public-school holiday periods.
  • 6.10 The winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Names cannot be changed after the tickets have been issued.
  • 6.11 The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash, credit or another destination.
  • 6.12 The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted on at Hollywoodbets Kingsmead Stadium on Sunday, 9 August 2026.
  • 6.13. The winner does not need to be present at the event. The provisional winner will be contacted using the WhatsApp number or email address supplied during entry.
  • 6.14. The provisional winner must respond within 48 hours and provide the information required to verify their identity and eligibility. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not qualify, cannot travel under these conditions or declines the prize, a replacement winner will be drawn.
  • 6.15. Personal information will be processed for competition administration, winner verification and prize fulfilment. Any separate WhatsApp marketing consent may be withdrawn by replying STOP. Withdrawing marketing consent after completing a valid entry will not cancel that entry.
  • 6.16 By completing an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

    7. Children & Minors

    • 7.1 Children Under 2
      • Free entry if seated with a parent or guardian and not occupying a separate seat. A separate ticket must be purchased if a child requires their own seat.
    • 7.2 Minors (Under 18)
      • Must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
      • Guardians are responsible for their safety and conduct.

    8. Conduct & Removal

    • 8.1 Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
    • 8.2 The organiser may refuse entry or remove attendees without refund if necessary.

    9. Pass Out Policy

    • 9.1 Pass-outs are permitted, subject to the guest presenting a valid wristband on re-entry. Wristbands must be worn securely and kept intact at all times. Removed, torn, detached, tampered with, or damaged wristbands will not be accepted for re-entry.

    10. Force Majeure

    • 10.1 The organiser may amend, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond control.
    • 10.2 Tickets remain valid for rescheduled dates unless otherwise communicated.
    • 10.3 Where circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control require the Event to be relocated, the venue-change provisions in clause 3.7 will apply.
    • 10.4 The organiser shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, modifications, postponement, or cancellation arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, civil unrest, infrastructure failure, safety concerns, or extreme weather events.

    11. Confirmation & Acceptance of Terms

    • 11.1 By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    • 11.2 This includes all policies relating to refunds, event changes, safety, and conduct.
